When I started working with Natalie, I had gained weight after having babies. I was buying clothes that weren't really what I wanted to wear. Instead, I was buying clothes that covered me and hid me.

I didn't really trust myself when it came to how I was showing up in the world or how I looked. I made a lot of it wrong. In my industry, I often felt like I didn't fit in or belong to the mold. I kept wondering, "What do I do with that? Do I tone it down?"

There was a lot of confusion and a lot of second-guessing before I worked with Natalie.

After we worked together, everything changed.

I was just sharing earlier that I recently had a two-day video shoot. The entire team was here filming, and for the first time I felt like I didn't need to call anyone for help. I knew exactly what to wear. I knew how I wanted to feel when I stepped in front of the camera.

My biggest goal is always to connect with the people on the other side of the camera, and I wanted to wear clothes that felt comfortable while also drawing people in.

I felt so confident.

Before, trying to be on camera and trying to figure out outfits at the same time was incredibly stressful. Now I know how to do this.

It's also been amazing to fully trust myself and embrace my rocker-chick side.

In fact, the videos I created the year after working with Natalie were the first videos I'd ever done where I truly felt aligned with how I was showing up.

Those videos became the highest-engagement videos we'd ever had. More than 20,000 people opted in. It became a multiple six-figure launch.

What was even more meaningful was that I could watch myself on camera without cringing.

Normally, I would think, "Oh God." It wasn't just about how I looked—it was about the entire experience of watching myself show up. I couldn't stand watching my own videos.

But that year was different.

For the first time, I thought, "Yeah, I've got this. I feel good."

And now, having that experience under my belt, filming feels easy. This year, shooting videos felt effortless. I felt completely solid in everything I was bringing to the camera.

When people ask if there was anything that stopped me from hiring Natalie, honestly, it was mostly the investment.

I had already seen the results she created for other people, and it was an immediate yes for me.

Like many people, whenever I'm investing more than a few hundred dollars, I stop and think about it. I ask myself how badly I want it.

There was also the question of time because time is always valuable. But no matter what little gremlins were running through my head, I couldn't not say yes.

That's how strongly I felt about working with Natalie.

One of the biggest gifts of this work has been simplification.

I love shopping. I could shop all day long.

But instead of buying random things, I now know exactly what works and what doesn't.

Whether I'm putting together a wardrobe, preparing for an event, or deciding how I want to present myself, I know what deserves a yes and what deserves a no.

It's not just intellectual knowledge anymore. It's intuitive.

I can see something and think, "That's cute, but it's not going to work for my body type."

For example, no matter how much I want to make a little flare skirt work, it simply doesn't work for me. And that's okay.

Before, I would keep trying to force things to work, even when I knew they didn't. Now I trust myself.

The result is confidence and ease.

Another thing Natalie taught me is not to hide.

Whenever I think about Natalie, I think about how fully she embraces who she is. She shows up completely and owns it.

That lesson stayed with me.

If this is who you're choosing to be, then show up fully. Own it one hundred percent.

I used to do that naturally, but over time the doubts and the gremlins in my head pulled me away from it.

Now I feel like I'm fully back in my mojo.

It doesn't matter whether I've gained weight or lost weight. This is who I am.

The essence of who I am comes through.

The clothes help, but they're not what create me. What Natalie helped me do was learn how to bring all of me forward.

That has been a huge shift.

People had approached me before about working with image consultants, and I always said no.

There was something different about Natalie.

The first time I heard about her, I was actually a little resistant. I thought someone was trying to sell me on something.

Then I talked with her.

Very quickly, I realized this was completely different.

What I love about Natalie is that her work isn't cookie-cutter. It's not a formula. It's not about forcing people into a particular mold.

It's holistic. It's transformational.

It's completely different from any other image consulting experience I've ever seen.

And honestly, I would never work with anyone else.

If I could leave one final piece of wisdom, it would be this:

I believe everything comes down to energy and vibration.

Any time you feel like you're not bringing all of yourself to the party, it's worth investing in whatever helps you show up fully.

When you're truly confident and fully in your power, you don't have to work so hard to say the right thing.

You naturally attract the clients, opportunities, and experiences that are meant for you.

I've seen this in every area of my life.

When you're fully aligned with who you are, people feel it.

They want what you have because they can feel your confidence, your authenticity, and your presence.

That's why this work pays for itself many times over.

My advice is simple:

Say yes to yourself.
