For years, I was her.
I came to this work not through fashion school or styling magazines, but through Yoga Ashrams. I spent years immersed in Ayurveda, Yoga, and energy medicine...traditions that taught me everything about the soul and very little about how to let that soul be seen in the world.
I knew how to dress. Flowing linen, natural fabrics, the beautiful simplicity of a life lived close to the sacred. And when I stepped into business, when I began offering my gifts to the world as a healer and guide: I dressed up. I did my best. I relied on my French aesthetics and wore what I liked and what I thought would work.
But I was guessing.
I didn't yet understand that there is a difference between dressing in what you like and dressing in what aligns. I didn't understand the spectrum from approachable to formal, and how every choice I was making (without knowing it) was quietly affecting my credibility, my sales, and the way potential clients perceived my expertise before I ever said a word.
It wasn't until I received my first color palette, my design blueprint, and built a wardrobe that was truly calibrated to my essence (not borrowed from anyone else's idea of what a professional should look like) that everything shifted.
My business found its traction. My presence found its power. And for the first time, the woman people saw when they looked at me was the woman I had always been on the inside.
That experience didn't just change my business. It changed my understanding of what image work could be.

I have led pilgrimages in the South of France and shared stages with Les Brown and Elizabeth Gilbert. I have worked with women at every level from emerging healers finding their first audience to established leaders stepping into their next identity. What they all have in common is this: they came to me with a gap between who they were and who the world was seeing.
